Course description:
Imagine the experience of applying the old ancient acupuncture techniques with modern medical aesthetic approaches for anti- aging and skin health.
Aging is a “normal ” process in living beings and is inevitable at the end, but certainly we can delay the internal and external signs of aging and make ourselves look 10-15 years younger that our biological age. For this to be possible, there should be a complete change in lifestyle, habits and diet that allows additional therapeutic modalities to enhance our anti- aging process.
Face rejuvenation by the Fine Needle Lifting technique is a unique design of protocols that combine the use of needles to antagonize the factors that create aging, using two main principles; TCM theory of aging and Medical Aesthetic theory of aging.
In TCM the main causes of aging raise in two meridians : Kidney and Spleen. Local and distal points of face, neck and body are used to restore the anti-aging body capacity and reduce the aging symptoms either biologically and physically.
In Medical Aesthetics and Anti- aging medicine, the causes of natural aging are more related to normal evolution of people. The expression of aging has a few components ; 1) Hormonal changes 2) Cellular and mitochondrial changes 3) Augmented oxidation. 4) Immune system decline.
YOU WILL LEARN:
From 8am~2pm: Fine Needle Lifting technique ( FNLT)
- Identify the signs of facial aging according to TCM and Medical Aesthetics theories
- Identify the causes of aging, according to TCM and Medical Aesthetic Theories
- Choose the right candidate to perform the Fine Needle Lifting Technique
- Perform the Three protocols for FNLT
- Perform the meridian balancing for anti-aging.
- Identify different alternatives for facial rejuvenation
- Manage follow-ups, and yearly protocols of FNLT
- Be familiar with Combining technologies for FNLT
- Be able to treat forehead wrinkles, eyebrow deep lines, eyebrow sagging, upper/lower lid sagging, crow’s feet, nose/chin/cheek drop, upper lip wrinkles, fat atrophy, skin elasticity improvement, bone atrophy, lower lid bags and dark circles, nasolabial folds, marionette lines

From 3pm~9pm: EMS Techniques for face and neck rejuvenation
- Differentiate EMS and TENS characteristics and clinical application is face rejuvenation.
- Learn the anatomic constituents of the face and neck involved in anti-aging and rejuvenation.
- Apply the principles of Electrical muscle and nerve managing for face and neck rejuvenation.
- Be familiar with Facial neurological net.
- Work the concepts of Electrochemical balancing in neuromuscular tissues with different types of currents, amplitude, frequency, voltage and pulses.

Shali Rassouli is an award winning Chinese Medicine Practitioner and Specialist in Cosmetic Acupuncture. She is a graduate of the Traditional Chinese Medicine in Toronto where she studied Chinese Medicine (Acupuncture & Herbal Medicine) and she also specialized in Cosmetic Acupuncture at elite schools in Miami, New York and Switzerland. She was featured in Skin Deep, a program which won a 2001 Gemini award for being the most popular show on the Life Network that year.
Course Description:
The traditional facial acupuncture for rejuvenation and skin conditions (acne, dermatitis, facial pigmentation, wrinkles, sagging) of face. All points, protocols, and practice included.
You will learn how to maximize the benefits of cosmetic acupuncture:

After the training: Additional to this training, we provide 10 hours of practical training of facial acupuncture in our clinic Infinity Health and Cosmetics, with potential practice opportunities.
