Thank you for choosing our institute for your training. Because each course requires advance preparation, advertising, and coordination with demo patients, all payments are subject to a strict non-refund policy. Please read the following terms carefully before making any payment.
Please Decide Carefully Before Payment
By submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You have reviewed the course information and dates carefully.
- You understand that all sales are final and subject to the non-refundable terms below.
- Upon receipt of payment, we immediately begin booking and advertising for demo patients, reserving training resources specifically for your course.
General Non-Refund Policy
- Payments for training courses are non-refundable.
- Once payment is made, it cannot be reversed, cancelled, or refunded as cash.
- If you choose not to attend a group session, arrive late, or leave early, no refunds or partial refunds will be issued.
Time-Based Non-Refundable Portion (Before Training Occurs)
Even if the training has not yet taken place, preparation begins as soon as you enroll. Therefore, a time-based non-refundable portion applies as follows:
- Starting from the date of payment, 10%~20% of the total course fee becomes non-refundable, even if the training has not yet occurred.
- This reflects the ongoing costs incurred by the institute, including:
- Advertising and recruitment of demo patients
- Administrative time and coordination
- Allocation of staff, trainers, and equipment
The institute reserves the right to apply this non-refundable 10%~20% to the full value of the course fee.
Rescheduling & Transfer
At our discretion (and subject to availability), we may:
- Allow you to reschedule to a later training date, or
- Allow you to transfer your seat to another qualified participant
Rescheduling or transfer options are not guaranteed and do not change the non-refundable nature of the original payment.
